Delete your account

Khatmly · by request, completed within 30 days

You can have your Khatmly account and personal data deleted at any time. There is nothing to cancel and no questions asked.

How to request deletion

• Email team@khatmly.com with the subject line “Delete my Khatmly account”.
• Send it from the Google account email you use to sign in to Khatmly — that is how we verify the request is really yours.

We will confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days of your request.

What gets deleted

• Your profile — name, email, profile picture, country, and language preference.
• Your personal activity history — paras you claimed and read, tasbeeh contributions, and any warnings on your account.
• Your push notification registration.
• Khatams and tasbeeh goals you created that have no contributions from anyone else.

What remains

• Counts already merged into collective totals — paras read in shared khatams and dhikr counted toward shared goals — stay part of those totals, because removing them would undo other people's shared effort. They are fully detached from you and carry no personal information.
• Khatams or goals you created that others have already joined stay live for those participants, with your name removed.
